I am the Small Groups Pastor of Real Life Church, a family of churches in the Nor. CA region. I oversees Small Groups and Assimilation.

I am Founder of SmallGroupChurches.com, an online community dedicated to growing churches one small group leader at a time. On a weekly basis, Pastors and Small Groups Leaders grow through articles, videos and other resources. There is also a Forum, which is free and requires only seconds to register, that allows leaders to start topics, ask questions and contribute their own perspective to the dialogue.

My articles on Small Group Ministry have been featured on ChurchLeaders.com, The Joel Comiskey Group and published in the Christian Standard magazine.

I am currently the Northern CA Regional Leader for the Small Group Network and I lead the Sacramento Huddle as well.
